We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced commercial solicitor, barrister or legal executive to join our friendly and supportive Contracts & Commercial Team. The work can be complex and challenging including procurement matters, commercial contracts and working on number of diverse and interesting projects and services.
What are we looking for?
- You will be an admitted Solicitor, entitled to a current practicing certificate or have an alternative barrister or legal executive qualification.
- You have a thorough understanding of commercial law with experience of drafting and negotiating contracts.
- You are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Can grasp complex legal issues and able to provide jargon-free advice.
