Locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Midlands Council

Rate: Competitive, depending on experience

A Midlands-based local authority is looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their legal team on a fully remote basis.

The role will focus primarily on housing disrepair litigation, dealing with claims from inception through to resolution and providing practical advice to the council and housing teams.

Previous local authority or social housing experience is highly desirable.
