Locum Planning Lawyer
Local Authority - East Midlands

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with friendly Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

  • Start: ASAP but can wait up to 4 weeks
  • Day-to-day: mixed caseload of planning matters including drafting s106's and planning advice
  • Hours: open to both part-time and full-time
  • Duration: 3-month rolling contract, will be long-term
  • Attendance: can be remote, attendance for planning committee preferred
