Locum Childcare Lawyer – North West Local Authority

Vivid are working with a local authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a long-term locum basis.

• Manage around 10–12 childcare cases covering a varied caseload.

• Predominantly remote, with remote advocacy available.

• Ideally attend the office for team meetings every couple of weeks.

• An in-house advocate means there isn't a heavy advocacy requirement.

• Legal assistants handle all pre-proceedings work, allowing you to focus on the legal casework.

• Flexible on hours and working arrangements.

Looking for a qualified lawyer with solid local authority childcare/care proceedings experience who can manage a caseload independently.
