Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer | South East England | Remote Working

Vivid Resourcing is currently working with a local authority in the South East of England seeking an experienced Housing Litigation Lawyer for an interim opportunity.

The role will involve managing a varied housing litigation caseload, advising on contentious housing matters and supporting the authority with ongoing legal proceedings.

The Role:

• Managing housing litigation cases, including possession proceedings and injunctions

• Handling anti-social behaviour matters and housing-related disputes

• Providing legal advice to council departments

• Drafting pleadings, legal documents and court applications

• Supporting the authority with a busy and varied caseload
