Locum Property Lawyer | Fully Remote | 3+ Month Contract
Vivid Resourcing is working with a well-established local authority seeking an experienced Locum Property Lawyer to join its legal team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Lawyer looking for a fully remote assignment, with an initial contract of three months and the potential for extension.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters
- Advising on property disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and general property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, easements and other property agreements
- Advising on title issues, covenants, rights of way and related matters
- Providing practical legal advice to internal departments and stakeholders across the authority
The Details:
- Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential for extension
- Hours: Full-time
- Working Pattern: Fully remote
- Start Date: ASAP
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant property law experience
- Local authority or wider public sector experience desirable
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively with internal stakeholders
