Locum Housing Lawyer | NW | Remote Working
Vivid Resourcing is currently working with a local authority in the North West seeking an experienced Housing Lawyer to join its legal team on a locum basis.
The role will involve advising on a range of housing law matters, supporting the authority with its ongoing caseload and providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of housing law matters
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues
- Handling possession proceedings and housing litigation
- Providing legal advice on housing management matters
- Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation
- Working closely with internal departments to deliver effective legal support
The Details:
- Area: North West
- Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Working Pattern: Fully remote
- Contract: Locum assignment
- Start Date: ASAP
