Locum Property Solicitor | 6-Month Contract | NW

Vivid Resourcing is working with a local authority in the North West seeking an experienced Locum Property Solicitor to support its Legal Services team on an initial 6-month contract.

The Role:

• Negotiating and drafting leases and lease renewals
• Handling licences to underlet
• Conducting title investigations
• Managing land sales and transfers of public open space
• Advising on general property law matters

The Details:

• Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract: Initial 6 months
• Hours: Minimum 21 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Fully remote, with occasional office attendance once a month preferable
• Start Date: ASAP, with some flexibility

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor with local authority experience to join an established legal team, with existing property fee earners in place to provide support.
