We are working with a well-regarded local authority in Wales to recruit a Locum Property Lawyer for a long-term maternity cover assignment.
 
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEx lawyer and hold strong property law experience within a local government setting. Commercial contracts experience is also highly desirable.
 
Start: End of October
Duration: 9 months +
Working Arrangement: Full-time for candidates able to cover both property and contracts/commercial work
Part-time (approx. 3 days per week) considered for candidates focusing solely on property matters
Fully remote
Rate: £60 per hour, umbrella (DOE)
 
The role will involve a range of property matters including landlord and tenant, conveyancing and leases and licenses.
