Job Description:

***Civil Litigation Solicitor - Locum***

***Excellent rates of pay***

We are currently recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in the West Midlands.

As a Civil Litigation Solicitor you will undertake a varied caseload of civil litigation matters. You will work as part of a large in-house team, having the support and mentoring needed to succeed. This role will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have considerable civil litigation experience.

The role requires a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in various areas of civil litigation. Caseloads may include: breach of contract, contentious landlord and tenant matters (including dealing with forfeiture claims), data protection breaches, property litigation, penalty charge notices and boundary disputes. Applicants must have experience handling cases from inception through to completion, and be confident in their chosen area of the Law.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Civil Litigation. Remote working is offered, and all I.T. equipment will be provided by the end client.
