Commercial Project Lawyer – South - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the South of England who are looking to bring a Commercial Projects Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a 6 month rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Commercial Projects Lawyer:

• Experience of major developments
• CPO Orders
• Section 278 & Section 38 agreements
• Stopping up orders
• Title Updates & Searches
• Charges on Land
• Easements & right of way orders
• Commercial Terms/Agreements
• Purchase & sale of land

Benefits include:

• £70 per hour 
• Majority Remote Working
