Locum Planning Solicitor – Remote Working
Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join an excellent Public Sector Organisation in North West of England
This assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. The ideal candidate would work full-time on a Remote working basis.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of contracts and procurement to deal with a varied caseload.
Duties may include:
- Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
- Attending remote planning committees once per month
- Providing planning advice
- Supporting the principal solicitor
- Providing support to junior staff
