Locum Property Lawyer

East of England Local Authority

Locum contract 3 months+

Remote

£55 - £60p/h (Umbrella)

A good local authority client is looking to recruit a qualified Property lawyer to join their welcoming and hard-working team. The locum assignment will begin on a 3-month initial term, with a view to extend beyond this.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and team. The successful Property Lawyer will possess the skills necessary to effectively time manage and maintain an excellent standard of work.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant work
  • Residential property matters
  • Provide efficient advice on various legal matters
  • Negotiate commercial lease and licensing agreements

The position will be full or part-time and offers a remote working arrangement, providing great flexibility and work/life balance.
