Locum Licensing Lawyer (Taxi & Premises) – 2 days per week – £60 per hour umbrella – 3 months + - East Anglia
 
Venn Group is recruiting for a Locum Licensing Solicitor or Barrister on behalf of a Local Authority in East Anglia.
 
The role will involve providing legal advice at Licensing Committee and Sub-Committee meetings, advocating and representing the authority at appeal hearings, and advising on all matters associated with the licensing function.
 
Attendance is required for Licensing Sub-Committee meetings, Committee meetings, and Magistrates’ Court appeal hearings.
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially, scope to extend
Working Arrangement: 2 days per week, travel for meetings and appeal hearings
Rate: £60 per hour umbrella
