Contract Details

• 3-month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension
• Rolling contract arrangement
• Full-time hours
• Hybrid working available
• Start date within the next few weeks

You will manage a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Residential acquisitions and disposals
• Affordable housing and housing stock transactions
• Right to Buy matters
• Leasehold and freehold property work
• General local authority residential property matters
