Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

This post would require candidates to attend the office/court at least once a week in line with the Council's working policy.

 Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As and/or s16s,

- To conduct advocacy on an infrequent basis,

- Handle ordinary residences and general advice to client department,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
