Locum Senior Property Lawyer
Local Authority - South East

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Locum Senior Property Lawyer to join their team on a 6-month rolling contract!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: mixed commercial property caseload, also open spaces and community asset transfers
• Hours: between 3 and 5 days a week, dependent on your preference
• Duration: 6-month initial contract, with the likelihood of being a long-term assignment
• Attendance: once per fortnight in office (Surrey)

Property law experience is ESSENTIAL for this vacancy, Local Authority experience is a bonus. You must be at least 3 years post-qualified to be considered.
