Position: Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote working (attending court once a week)
Hourly Rate: Up to £65 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Housing Litigation matters in Local Authority.

Duties may include:

• Managing litigated cases relating to access injunctions, nuisance injunctions, closure orders (commercial and residential) including extensions, trespass, demoted tenancies, succession rights, notices relating to possession, possession proceedings (mandatory and discretionary grounds), hoarding, drafting of cabinet reports (property-related matters)
