Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's distinguished legal team in the South West of England who are looking to hire a locum childcare solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract,

This post is a predominantly case-holding position, however candidates who opt-in to some remote, non-contested hearings would be a welcome bonus

 Some details of the assignment:

- Handling a mixed caseload of PLOs and Care Proceedings,

- Fully remote working arrangement,

- Full-Time hours, although part-time candidates will be considered,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
