Locum Housing Disrepair Paralegal

A well-regarded Housing Association in the West Midlands is looking to appoint a Locum Housing Disrepair Paralegal to provide additional support to its legal team on an interim basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a busy team managing a high-volume housing disrepair caseload, working closely with solicitors and operational teams to progress matters efficiently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with housing disrepair claims, reviewing evidence, preparing legal documentation, liaising with external solicitors and contractors, and supporting the management of litigation. Previous experience within a local authority, housing association or private practice housing team would be highly advantageous.
