Locum Adult Care Lawyer

A local authority in the North West is looking to appoint an experienced Locum Adult Care Lawyer to join the team on an initial interim contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive legal team, working on a fully remote basis with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied adult social care caseload, including Court of Protection matters, Judicial Reviews, Mental Capacity Act advice, safeguarding, ordinary residence issues and advising client departments on all aspects of adult social care law.
The council is looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, so previous local authority experience handling adult care matters is essential.
