Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the South East of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

 

This post can be conducted on a fully remote basis, prospective candidates must be able to start as soon as feasibly possible.

 

 Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As and/or s16s,

- Cover a full caseload of more general COP work,

- Handle ordinary residences and general advice to client department,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
