Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with Surrey County Council to recruit an experienced Planning & Highways Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.
About the Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer role:
To start as soon as possible
Fully remote working can be accommodated
Full time hours - will consider 3 days per week as an absolute minimum
To deal with a standard Local Authority planning caseload, alongside some highways matters and minerals & waste
3-6 month rolling contract though likely to be longer-term
££ negotiable dependent on experience
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales with significant post-qualification experience. Experience within planning law for a County Council would be advantageous.
