The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Education matters within Local Authority
Duties will include:
• Advise on all aspects of education matters which included SEND appeals
• Respond to Pre-Action Letters before Claim in relation to SEND Judicial Review
• Instruct and liaise with Counsel in relation to Judicial Review claims filed at the High Court
