A West Midlands local authority is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a part-time locum basis.

The successful candidate will have experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally within a local authority or public sector environment. The role will involve providing advice and support on a variety of property transactions and related legal work.

This is a 3-month rolling contract which is likely to continue on an ongoing basis, offering excellent long-term stability for the right candidate.
