Locum Planning Lawyer
£55-60 per hour umbrella
North West
3-6 month rolling Contract
Sellick Partnership is proud to be recruiting a Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based in the North West. This well established local authority has an excellent reputation in the North West. They would ideally like someone who could attend the office once a month for planning committee.
The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to:
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Planning enforcements
  • General planning law advice
Ideally full time but will consider part-time candidates.
