Locum Planning Lawyer
Local Authority - South East

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a well-established Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join their team on a 3-month rolling contract!

Role Details:

• Start: by the end of August, sooner if possible
• Day-to-day: caseload of planning matters to include s106's, planning advice and appeals, etc.
• Hours: ideally full-time but would consider anything from 3 days per week
• Rate: £55-60ph, DOE
• Duration: 3-month initial contract, with the likelihood of being a long-term assignment
• Attendance: fully remote, apart from IT collection on the first day

Planning law experience is ESSENTIAL for this vacancy.
