Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the South West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

This post can be conducted on a fully remote basis, prospective candidates must be able to start as soon as feasibly possible.

 Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As and s16s,

- Handling a full caseload of C-DOLS autonomously,

- Prior experience conducting your own advocacy will be required,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
