South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council are looking for an experienced property lawyer who likes getting their hands dirty, but who can lead the property lawyers within our Legal Services Team. You will be someone who is a good communicator, who juggles tasks with a smile on their face when it comes to managing competing workloads and is able to lead by example.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer, you will be part of a fantastic friendly and well-regarded team, that pulls together to provide sound advice and to deliver professional legal services to both councils.
