Part-time Property Lawyer
15 - 20 hours a week
East Midlands
£45-60 per hour DOE
Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting a local authority in the East Midlands with the recruitment of a part-time Property Lawyer into their Legal team. They are ideally looking for someone who would be able to attend the offices on occasion, but remote candidates will be considered.
For the Property Lawyer role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Commercial property law
- Leases and licences
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Non-leasehold development work i.e. overage agreements
- Public Open Spaces
- Understanding of local government property law
This is a really lovely role that is likely to be a long-term one.
