Employment Locum - Fully Remote

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a council in Surrey is seeking an experienced Employment Locum to join its friendly and supportive legal team on an interim basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team, handling a varied employment law caseload with the flexibility of fully remote working.

The role will include:

  • Managing a mixed employment law caseload
  • Advising on a broad range of employment matters
  • Conducting and managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous local government employment law experience
  • Experience handling Employment Tribunal litigation
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
