Prosecutions Lawyer

£50-60 per hour DOE
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a brilliant opportunity for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a well-regarded Council on a locum basis.
The main duties of this role include handling a full caseload of prosecution matters, including:
- Range of prosecution work
- Fly tipping
- Environmental Prosecutions
- Health and Safety
- Debt Recovery
This role is offering an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to be extended. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate could work entirely remotely.
Our client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with previous experience working in local government as a Prosecutions Lawyer. The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a well-regarded local authority and will have the opportunity to work on an interesting and diverse caseload.
