We are working with a local authority's growing legal team in the South East of England who are looking for an experienced locum property lawyer to join their team!

The role would require office presence once per week, the rest of the the position is fully remote.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 3 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office)
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, acquisitions, and lease extensions
• Ideally have some experience of residential property matters.
