Locum Childcare Lawyer (Discharge of Orders) – 6 months + – Hybrid Working – Full Time – Up to £45-£55 per hour – Midlands Position: Locum Childcare Lawyer (Discharge of Orders)

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working, 2-3 days per week in the office
Hourly Rate: Up to £45-50 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling
Childcare matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of
Local Authorities. As court work is involved, the appointed candidate must be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister or CILEX Lawyers authorised to conduct Litigation.
Duties may include:- Working closely with the Social Work Team handling a caseload of Discharge of Orders
- Represent the Council at the Family Court when required
- Must be able to work collaboratively and hit the ground running
