Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer

North West

Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for a Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a well respected local authority in the North West on a locum basis for a 3-6 month initial period. This role is to support the Head of Law with day to day management of the Commercial team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial contract matters
  • Management of the team when the Head of Law is unavailable
  • Drafting contracts such as ICT systemscontracts, frameworks, social care contracts, grant funding etc
  • Avising on land use and premesis agreements as well as procurement law

The successful Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered.
