£47,006 - £50,875 per annum

Do you have a proven track record of working in a busy and dynamic environment, providing legal advice and conducting case work in relation to mental capacity and Adult Social Care law? If so, apply now for this ASC Solicitor post.

In this role, you will provide high-quality legal support on a range of Adult Social Care matters, contributing to the delivery of effective services for residents. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure robust and practical legal advice is provided. You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to Court of Protection and mental capacity and Adult Social Care more generally. 

We are looking for an experienced solicitor who has:

  • Knowledge and experience of ASC/mental capacity law and practice
  • Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
  • Clarity in both written and oral communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel/organisations
  • Ability to work within a team and when necessary independently
Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams unless you request an in-person interview. Interviews will be taking place week commencing 29 June 2026. If you are unavailable on these dates let us know and we may be able to schedule an alternative date to interview you.
