A Local Authority client in the East Midlands is looking to secure an experienced Locum Property Lawyer for an urgent 3-month assignment providing immediate support to a busy legal team.

Key details:
• 18 hours per week
• Fully remote working available
• 3-month initial contract
• Immediate start preferred
• Local candidates would be a bonus, although not essential

Work will include:
• Right to Buy matters (RTBs)
• Property disposals
• Acquisitions
• Leases and general property matters
• Managing day-to-day caseload to free up senior staff for major upcoming project work.
