Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – South West – £55 per hour – Remote Working Venn Group’s specialist public sector legal team is assisting a South West Local Authority which is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer on a locum basis.
This is a
part-time position for 3 days per week, offered for an initial duration of
3 months. It would best suit a
qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx) with strong Local Authority experience.
Fully remote working is available for the duration ofo the placement.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing all aspects of commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management
- Managing and advising on the development, sale, lease, and other transactions involving public sector land holdings
- Providing expert advice on all aspects of local authority land transactions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards
- Offering strategic and practical advice to clients on property matters
- Developing effective solutions to complex property issues, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
An hourly umbrella rate of
£55-£60 is offered for this role.
