Locum Employment Lawyer to join a Public Sector organisation in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to support a large organisation, handling a varied caseload and providing advice across the full spectrum of employment law matters.
Role Details:- Full-Time (part-time considered)
- 3–6-month contract
- Office-based, Salford
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Managing a broad and complex caseload of employment law matters
- Providing legal advice on a range of employment issues, including complex and sensitive matters
- Receiving document packs and instructions from Regional secretaries, reviewing and accepting or rejecting alongside a letter of advice
- Extensive prior experience in employment law in a unionised environment is essential
- Ability to work autonomously and handle a full caseload confidently
- Strong tribunal/advocacy experience is highly desirable
