Organisation: Midlands based POLICE Constabulary
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full or Part Time hours can be considered
Working Arrangement: Remote working
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Regulatory and Litigation matters in Local Authority.
Duties may include:
- Handling claims against forces for wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, misfeasance, malicious prosecution, accidents at work, occupational stress, road accidents and the risk management issues arising from such claims
