Job Description:
£49,056 - £57,402 per annum
Responsible to the Principal Lawyer, Housing, Civil and Prosecutions for delivery of legal advice and casework in the area of Civil Law within Barking and Dagenham Legal Services. Support the service in the delivery and development of Legal Services.

You will be qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive.
About you
Prepare and process cases and legal documents in the area of Civil Law. Carry a caseload and work with minimal or no supervision. To attend court and conduct your advocacy at the Magistrates court. Personally manage complex casework and legal projects in the area of Civil Law. Provide responsive advice on the management of risk on legal issues. To provide accurate, comprehensive and proactive legal advice to internal and external clients within the legal specialism of decisions and case work.
