Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Candidates will be expected to start on full-time hours (compressed arragenments will be considered) within the next couple of weeks.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to hold a mixed caseload of s106s, appeals and enforcement matters,

- Have previous practical experience advising planning committees,

- Be able to attend the office for committees (monthly).
