The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Police Employment Law matters

Duties may include:

• The Equality Act 2010: Forces have a legal responsibility to prevent discrimination, harassment, and victimisation across all protected characteristics (e.g., race, sex, sexual orientation, disability)
• Workplace Adjustments: Forces have an active duty of care to implement reasonable adjustments for officers and police staff with disabilities
• Employment Tribunals: While officers cannot claim for standard unfair dismissal, they can bring discrimination or whistleblowing claims before an Employment Tribunal
