About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a highly respected local authority team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities of a Civil Litigation Lawyer include:
- Dealing with a caseload of civil litigation matters including:
- Contractual disputes
- Claims for compensations (not PI)
- Claims under the Equality Act 2010
- Claims under UKGDPR
- Debt recovery
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Civil Litigation Lawyer:
- Strong civil litigation experience and good knowledge of the civil procedure rules
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with litigation rights
