A well-regarded Local Authority in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Senior Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer to join the team on an initial 6-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond 2 years.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload covering:

  • Complex planning matters
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Highways agreements and related advisory work
  • Committee attendance and member support
  • Providing strategic legal advice to officers and stakeholders

  • Likely contract duration of 2+ years
  • Fortnightly office attendance required
