A well-regarded Local Authority in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Senior Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer to join the team on an initial 6-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond 2 years.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering:
- Complex planning matters
- Section 106 agreements
- Highways agreements and related advisory work
- Committee attendance and member support
- Providing strategic legal advice to officers and stakeholders
