Locum Planning Law

Sellick Partnership are currently assisting one of our very good local authority clients in the recruitment of an experienced locum planning lawyer for a period of 3 months.

Working within a large in-house legal team, the successful applicant will manage a diverse range of planning matters, including:

  • Drafting of S106 and S278 agreements
  • Planning enforcements
  • Providing advice in relation to planning appeals
  • General planning advice to clients
  • Certificates of lawful development
  • Opportunity to advise on niche planning matters, including minerals and waste, phosphate credits

This is a fully remote role. Full and part-time hours will be considered.

Person specification:

  • We are looking for an experienced planning lawyer, preferably with previous local government experience, however, private sector experience will also be considered
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister and Cilex qualified lawyer
