Venn Group are recruiting an experienced Locum Planning Solicitor on behalf of an established local authority in the North West.
 
The role will involve but is not limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
• Advising planning committees
• Handling planning enforcement matters
• Providing general planning law advice to the authority
• Supporting a varied caseload of planning-related legal work

 
Start: June 2026
Duration: 3-month rolling contract
Hours: Full-time, will consider part-time
Travel: Remote with attendance for Planning Committee
Rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella
