Venn Group are working with a local authority in the North West to recruit for a Locum Planning Lawyer.
 
The role will involve handling a mixed caseload of s106 matters, variations and potentially some planning prosecutions, as well as providing general planning advice and guidance. The role does not require committee attendance.
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months initially with scope to extend
Working Arrangement: 2 days per week, fully remote
Rate: £55 per hour, umbrella
