Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority authority in the North West of England who are looking to hire a housing  lawyer for an interim 3 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive later in Summer.

 

The role would require candidates to conduct their own advocacy as and when required (minimum once per week) and so local candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

 

The Role:

- Covers a broad caseload of housing matters autonomously (predominantly ASBs, Injunctions and Possessions),

- Requires a start date in the next 4 weeks,

- Conducting advocacy in court (candidates must have prior experience with non-contested hearings),

- Candidates without a public sector background will be considered for this post.
