Venn Group are seeking a Locum Anti-Social Behaviour Lawyer on behalf of a local authority in West Yorkshire.
 
The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with litigation rights. This role will involve managing a varied ASB caseload, including preparing and conducting county court litigation relating to injunctions, possession proceedings, closure orders, and other enforcement actions under relevant housing and community safety legislation.
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially with scope to extend
Working Arrangement: Part-time, attendance for county court
Rate: £50 per hour, umbrella
